Leaf Helper Spring Review
These helper springs are fantastic. I purchased the 1000lb capacity set and they completely transformed the rear leaf springs on my 1987 Chrysler Fifth Avenue. The original leafs were sagging badly, but these helper springs did the trick. The rear end is now back at the original height. It only took about 30 minutes for installation requiring simple hand tools and a floor jack. I didn't care for the silver color, so I got a can of black spray paint and put a couple of coats on them before installation,and you don't notice they are there. The car rides 100% better than before and I highly recommend them. Great product!!!!

I love the spring helper
I BOUGHT THE SUPERIOR 11-1010 LEAF HELPER SPRINGS FOR MY 2003 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN, AND IT HAS MADE ME A NEW VAN , Befour instalation my van would drag on most little dips in the roads, and when i had people in the rear of the van it was very bad, but with the spring helpers it is GREAT, LIKE NEW. Thanks, amazon for your help.
Very Functional!
I used these on a classic car to help stiffen some tired leaf springs. They worked very well. These overloads restored ride height and the car no longer sags when something is placed in the trunk. Handling also improved. They come with rivets to allow you to have more or less lift, and if you want to keep your ride height close to stock, you can always not use to extra rivets and install this product without lifting the car fully off the ground. I have had them installed for several months without any sagging or other issues.
Cons: The paint on these seems cheap and some was flaking off before I installed them, so I recommend sanding and repainting them if you are concerned about appearance. Please note, If you have never done anything automotive related, I recommend caution when installing this product, be safe and follow instructions. Improper installation could result in damage to yourself or your property.
