Different length from stock part makes wheel alignment necessary.
First the bad. If you think you can just count the number of rotations when removing the old tie rod end and duplicate the number of turns when threading the Deeza on (thus negating the need for a wheel alignment) then think again. This would work if the length of the old and new were equal. THEY ARE NOT. The Deeza is a little more than an 1/8" longer so you have to estimate the number of extra turns of the thread to make up for the extra length. I couldn't so I ended up with a toe out condition and a trip to the local shop for a wheel alignment. The good. Good build quality with a grease fitting so this after-market product should last longer than the OEM part. The other good thing. I got an ego boost when the shop manager congratulated me for doing the installation myself.
