Starter Relay replacement
Used this part to replace an OEM (Hitachi) part for a 1996 Ducati 900SS/SP
According to Ducati Forums, the OEM part is weak and this "Yamaha" part is better.
The rubber boot is a exact fit.
The wiring harness must be modified (spade connectors) to accept the new plug. There is a diode wired into the original wiring harness plug. Note the polarity of the diode and rewire to fit the new plug on the relay.
