OTC 7544 24mm Strut Rod Nut Socket
Great tool to remove those 24mm strut nuts in strut mounts with no space for a box end wrench.
The socket's outside 1/2 inch drive flange works with a 1/2 drive breaker bar, torque wrench or long ratchet while the opening in the center of the socket allows the use of a 10mm socket with another ratchet to hold the strut rod in place while removing / tightening the outer 24mm nut.
I can put those vise grips away as this solves the problem of removing / installing the strut nut.
